My daughter has a gluten allergy . I am able to find a wide variety of healthy gluten free options for her at Vitality . There are many unique items to choose from that the grocery store doesn’t have . I also like the selection of teas and supplements that are available. They also have healthy dog treat options. My dog loves them and they are good for her!

She’s been an holistic nutritionist for over 30 years. With her knowledge and expertise, she has guided me on a healthy path. The supplements she suggests and sells are all natural. She is also open to trying to find other options such as healthier foods to assist in healthy living. I have been cancer free for almost 12 years – no chemo necessary!
The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. PLEASE visit the store! There’s many things available besides food and supplements. Reiki, massage, ion cleanse…. are available with appointments.
